Minister Gwen Davis is a licensed and ordained Minister who is currently a spiritual daughter of Global Destiny Empowerment Center where she serves as a Lead Intercessor at the Global Life Prayer Center. For Minister Gwen, prayer is as necessary to our survival as the air we breathe.
Through her previous ministry experiences, Minister Gwen has gained invaluable Christian experience and Ministry training by serving as an Assistant Pastor, Ordained Elder, Licensed Minister, Bible Class Teacher, Adult Sunday School Teacher, Lead Intercessor, Pre-Martial and Abuse Counselor, Personal Worker, and Missions & Evangelism Team Member. She has also traveled overseas on a Missions Ministry Trip for two weeks to Jimma Ethiopia in June 2005.
Minister Gwen's other accomplishments include having her first published writing titled “In Loving Memory of My Mother” which was included in the book titled “Memories of Mother – Inspiring Real-Life Stories of How Mothers Touch Our Lives” which was just released in April 2007 by Xulon Press.
Minister Gwen is presently working to complete her first book titled “ENDURING HARDNESS AS A GOOD SOLDIER”. Her book is a testimony of how God brought her through many hardships and challenges during a six month tour of duty in Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Kuwait during the Gulf War from October 1990 to April 1991. She also shares testimonies of receiving healing and deliverance from painful personal life experiences during and after her tour of duty in Ft. Campbell, KY, South Korea, and Ft. Stewart, GA.
Minister Gwen is currently a member of the Georgia Army National Guard working as a Chaplin Assistant and preparing through additional ministry training at Liberty University to become a Chaplin.
She is also an Entrepreneur working as an Independent Beauty Consultant for Mary Kay Cosmetics. Minister Gwen is married to Gregory L. Davis and together they have four beautiful children, Angelika, John, Christopher, and D’Andre.
